Clear expectations for the AirSuq beta.

1. The service

AirSuq provides flight-price search context and probabilistic booking-timing guidance. It is an informational decision-support service. AirSuq does not issue tickets, process travel payments, operate flights, or act as the contracting airline or travel seller.

2. Predictions are not guarantees

BUY and WAIT recommendations are estimates based on available data and model assumptions. Flight prices and availability can change at any time. AirSuq does not guarantee that a fare will fall, remain available, or be bookable at the displayed price. Always verify the final fare, baggage, cancellation and booking conditions with the airline or seller before purchasing.

3. Optional accounts and My AirSuq

Some beta features may allow you to create an account, save tracked flights and manage preferences. You are responsible for using an email address you can access, choosing a reasonable password, and keeping access to your account secure. Do not share authentication links or account credentials with people you do not trust.

Account availability may be enabled or disabled during the beta. AirSuq may require email verification before login and may revoke sessions after password resets, account deletion or security-related changes.

4. Tracked-flight notifications

If notifications are enabled, AirSuq may send alerts about events such as a recommendation changing to BUY, a detected price drop or a significant price movement. Notifications are convenience features, not guarantees of immediate delivery, fare availability or a specific future price. Network, device, provider and scheduling delays can occur. You should not rely on an AirSuq notification as the sole source for a time-critical booking decision.

5. Public-beta availability

The service, account features, notifications, APIs and prediction methods may be changed, rate-limited, interrupted or withdrawn while the beta is developed. External flight-data, email, push-notification and infrastructure providers may also be unavailable or return delayed or incomplete information.

6. Acceptable use

You may use AirSuq for ordinary personal flight research and the account features made available to you. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, interfere with the service, scrape or automate the service at high volume without authorization, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, impersonate another person, misuse account recovery or notification systems, or use AirSuq in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

7. Account deletion

When account deletion is available, you can request deletion from My AirSuq. Deletion removes or anonymizes account-linked state as described in the Privacy Policy. Shared flight-price and model-evaluation data may remain because those records describe flights and prediction outcomes rather than the deleted account.

8. External services and trademarks

Airline names, logos and third-party service names belong to their respective owners. Their appearance is for identification and flight-search context and does not imply endorsement of AirSuq. Links, prices or data originating from external services are subject to the external provider's own availability and terms.
